Report honestly
False or prank reports waste responders' time and may be reported to the authorities. Automated or bulk submissions are blocked.
Locations are estimates
Postcodes and positions come from your device, NIPOST data or your description and can be wrong. Every location is labelled with where it came from; a human dispatcher confirms before acting.
Operator accounts
Accounts are personal. Administrators approve roles and may suspend accounts. Every action is logged.
Messages
Text and WhatsApp updates are only sent about a report you made. Standard network charges may apply when you text us.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent allowed by Nigerian law, we are not liable for losses from delays, outages or inaccurate locations.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
